Bill: Investigation into DSP Secret Projects
Details
Submitted by[?]: Pan-Sekowo Freedom Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2531
Description[?]:
The DSP rightly pointed out in the JHI bill that JHI was not souly responsible for the illegal and dangerious construction of secret projects such as Thors Hammer and the Kasmensai Reactor. As the DSP as shown a penchant for such projects, we beleive a second investigation is in order, to ensure that the DSP does not simple produce the projects themselves, as they did with the reactor, rather than geting JHI to do so. Article 1. The Folkstamma orders an Audit of extraparliamentry projects of the DSP, where any construction projects kept secret from the Folkstamma must be revealed. The DSP's cooperation with this bill will go a long way towards reparing the trust that was broken by their secret projects. |

Message | It is the buisness of the state when you risk peoples lives with out telling them. We realise that you feel there was no risk, but if there is ANY chance my life was in danger, i would want to know, not have someone else decide for me. Does DSP think it knows better than the people of Sekowo? We still wait for the results of the JHI audit... |

Message | The DSP's scientists being generally more intelligent than the general public in this matter do technically no better than the general public on the issue specifically. |

Message | All we are trying to do in this bill is limit the DSP's ability to create secret superweapons, that could be dangerious, with out the knowledge of the legislature. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
