MessageThere is an unnecessary duplication of resources in having a national police force and local police forces. Local police are entirely capable of dealing with any matters.

There will be an argument made by the Rightist Party that "what about matters than span regional boundaries - there will be disagreement on jurisdiction". The local police forces are more than capable of working with each other. The fact that they are funded by different territory governments doesn't mean they will lose site of the bigger picture of enforcing the law.

This argument will be followed by "what about specialists". Again, police forces can share. We have faith in them.
