The Government proposes a blanket amnesty be granted to those who have committed acts of treason, sedition or other actions against the State, on or before September 2531, should they wish to accept personal responsibility for their actions before a Truth and Reconciliation committee.

The Committee will consist of an equal number of members from each party currently seated in Parliament.

Those who are arrested for such criminal activities, during to course of a judicial investigation, who have not appeared before the Committee, shall continue to be liable for their actions under the law.
