Preamble:
Written in 2488 by United Jakania, to ensure a lasting peace between the warring nations of the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu and the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth over the region of Gran Tadraki, the Mehzot of Tadraki and Endlid . This treaty is in effect for 75 years by the original ratifiers. The 75 year time line of the treaty's existence started in late 2493 through the mutual ratification of Beiteynu, Pontesian Commonwealth, and United Jakania. This revision is for the changes that the two nations have faced since the beginning of the peace accord.

ARTICLES:
Article 1: Establishment of Pontesian Protectorates
1) All or most Pntek majority cities and settlements are handed over the Pontesian Commonwealth for protectorate status for 50 years.
-------- a) After 50 years, renewal status shall be placed on a referendum vote for an extra 25 years.
-------- b) The city of Y'Seah and surrounding area in Tadraki shall be made a protectorate of Pontesi.
-------- c) The city of Nantashem and surrounding area in Tadraki shall be made a protectorate of Pontesi.
-------- d) A 2.5km wide corridor for Y'Seah and Nantashem shall be given control to Pontesi, to connect them to the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth
--------------- 1) Beiteynu may set up a Special Border Police Force to maintain security along the corridor.
-------- e) Givat Aliyah and surrounding area in Endlid shall be made a protectorate of Pontesi.

Article 2: Pntek Dual Citizenship
2) Duel citizenship of the entire Pntek population is allowed.
-------- a) Dual citizenships is on a voluntary basis
-------- b) The Beiteynuese government shall not interfere in the process of dual citizenship by any Pntek person for any reason for them (Pntek) to obtain a Pontesian citizenship along with their current Beiteynuese citizenship.
-------- c) The Beiteynuese government shall not revoke Beiteynuese citizenship if a Pntek person decides to obtain Pontesian citizenship.

Article 3: Timeline for Gran Tadraki Neutrality and DMZ
3) Upon passage of the treaty, Gran Tadraki shall be a neutral zone administered by MCTO peacekeeping forces for three years. After three years, MCTO forces shall move to the Beiteynu/Pontesi border to establish a DMZ for at least 25 years. After 25 years, the DMZ may be removed if both the Pontesian and Beiteynuese governments agree, or if the MCTO deems it to be no longer necessary.

Article 4: Tri-Executive Established
4) A tri-executive shall be established.
-------- a) It shall consist of a Beiteynuese, Pontesian and MCTO delegation.
-------- b) It shall monitor both Pontesi and Beiteynu to ensure that neither side violates any articles in the treaty.
-------- c) If, by a 2-1 vote, either side is deemed to have broken the treaty, it shall notify the MCTO, who shall take appropriate action.
-------- d) It shall also advise both governments on policies it deems will help with peacekeeping efforts, improve equality or ease diplomatic tensions between the two nations.

Article 5: Recognition of Soverignty
The nations of Beiteynu and Pontesi shall observe the following sovereignty areas.
-------- a) Pontesi shall recognize Beiteynuese sovereignty over Gran Tadraki, the Mehzot of Tadraki and Endlid
-------- b) Beiteynu shall recognize Pontesi sovereignty over the Regions of Abure, Xanduley, and Dandratur
-------- c) Beiteynu shall recognize Brmék’oék Nrzipntakmojad (Barmenistan) sovereignty of the States of Ikegaru and Murdhild.

Article 7: Pontesian Troop Limitations and Restrictions
7) To ensure peace, the following will occur for Pontesian Armed Forces.
-------- a) Pontesi forces in each protectorate shall not exceed 7000 men, and shall consist only of light infrantry, no heavily armored ground units or offensive air units can stationed within them at anytime.
-------- b) All Pontesian army units not deemed essential by the MCTO shall return to Pontesi.

Article 8: Beiteynuese Army Limitations and Restrictions
8) The following will occur for the Beiteynuese Armed Forces
-------- a) Beiteynuese armies shall observe a 10km radius around the protectorates, into which they shall be forbidden from entering.

Article 9: MCTO Duties for Disarming Tadraki Militia and Force Size
9) The MCTO will follow and complete the following.
-------- a) Tadraki units not deemed essential to peacekeeping by the MCTO shall be disarmed and disbanded.
-------- b) Any Pontesian or Beiteynuese troops deemed necessary by the MCTO for peacekeeping shall be placed under the command of the MCTO, and their actions monitored appropriately. At no time shall the number of Pontesian or Beiteynuese troops exceed 1/3 the level of MCTO peacekeeping forces.

Article 10: Civil Rights for Pntek and Jewish populations
10) Beiteynu and Pontesian Empire shall ensure the following on civil rights
------ a) Beiteynu shall work toward equal rights for its Pntek population
------ b) Pontesi shall maintain equal rights for Jewish people in Pontesi protectorates and in the Pontesian Empire

Article 11: Emigration Issues
11) Nationals from both countries will face emigration quotas to enter either nation and the protectorates
------ a) Pontesian nationals that wish to move to the protectorates have to face Beiteynu immigration laws and quotas to enter.
------ b) Beiteynuese nationals that wish to move to Pontesian Empire and protectorates, they will face Pontesian immigration laws and quotas.

Article 12: Definition of Renewal or Eventual Reunion
After the 75 years is this treaty's lifespan. After that time, negotiations will renew to either renew the treaty or to plan a reunion of the Pontesian protectorates back to Beiteynu.

Article 13: For the International Community
13) Members of the International Community who ratify the bill agrees to recognize the above articles
------ a) The International Community shall not interfere with this treaty in any way, whether they ratified the treaty or not. This is a recognized treaty among the various MCTO members.
