Message	We totally agree with strike and DWC changes, but we somewhat dislike the investment element (we would prefer a simple 50% interest cap be implimented), and oppose reducing polution requirements. As the bill stands, we would probably vote against. Get rid of the polution article, and we would probably vote for.
