| We, the Representatives of the People of Zardugal, do hereby declare by our signature to this document a state of hostilities between the Free Federation of Zardugal and the Republic of Cobura; It is a necessary course for nations to seek their better interests, and in light of provocative actions by the Republic of Cobura which will not be listed here, it is the opinion of the Government of Zardugal that hostilities are the only option; Full power over the military invasion will be granted to the Minister of Defense, with only the Head of State being granted the power to overturn his decisions; We, the Government of Zardugal, state our firm intention not to let hostilities cease until the Republic of Cobura has been occupied or they agree to an unconditional surrender, which we implore them to make before needless blood is spilt; A State of War is declared to exist between the nations of Zardugal and Cobura upon the passage of this Declaration of War; We, the Government of Zardugal, vow to set aside partisan differences and internecine squabbles in relation to the war effort, and to cooperate to the fullest extent until the nation of Cobura has been defeated; We pledge ourselves to the victory for Zardugal. |
