Message | Any reason people are voting against this? |
Date | 13:44:51, February 17, 2008 CET | From | Republican Coalition | To | Debating the Rebranding Bill |
Message | The communists don't like it because they hate everything the AUP produces, the imperialists don't like it because it removed the crownland, and the GPRP seem to be jumping on the band wagon for no particular reason. |
Date | 14:24:56, February 17, 2008 CET | From | People's Radical Party | To | Debating the Rebranding Bill |
Message | We're jumping on the bandwagon because we don't quite follow the reasoning to change the Federal Diet to a Senate. Rebranding Crownlands makes sense, but there's no particular reasoning that we can see to change the assembly title. |

Message | Yes we agree with the GPRP on that. We do want to see a change to crownlands, though we feel a better name than region could be found. |

Message | Because the Federal Diet is quite frankly an appalling name. It's bland, unworthy of respect (and OOC: distinctly americanized). The senate speaks of grandeur, respect and power. |

Message | OOC: The Federal Diet is the English translation of Bundestag. I don't see how that is American in any way. I would say that Senate is a far more Americanised term. |
