Description[?]:
In order to assure that the civilian populace during the upcoming war does not fade in their loyalties to the country. We of the Conservative Party hereby do propose a number of different proposals to ensure that the fight for Zardugal’s rights and sovereignty are not threatened during the course of the war by the very people that our nation’s brave and noble soldiers seek to protect. 1. That those who incite citizens of Zardugal to do damage to the war effort be jailed for the duration of the war, or that there is a guarantee that the individual arrested will no longer do harm to the war effort. 2. Any individual who actively harms the war effort by destructive means shall be arrested and charged with treason against the Free Federation of Zardugal. 3. No politician shall be allowed lobby for Zardugal’s surrender, unless if defeat is deemed near. 4. All those soldiers who abandon the war effort shall be charged with sedition. 5. Deserters shall be allowed to undergo a fair psychological analysis to determine that their actions were either caused due to suffering from ‘shell shock’ or from some other mental illness. Whoever, in order to preserve the war effort those deemed to be suffering from ‘shell shock’ shall take a place in the arms industry in order to help maintain the war effort. 6. The media shall be censored during the course of the war effort in order to avoid images of soldiers being killed from emerging in the media. 7. Access to websites condoning the war effort Cobura shall either be limited or entirely forbidden. 8. Protests against the war with Cobura shall be monitored by civil defense force. 9. To note, citizens right to freedom of speech shall be maintained, but the freedom of the press needs to be limited in order to prevent civil and military morale from being faltered by negative propaganda. 10. All those found to be doing unheed harm to the war effort of greater Zardugal shall be arrested, tired, and sentenced to hard labor for the duration of the war. Afterwards, depending of the severity of their crimes, be sentenced to a new punishment for their crimes of sedition. To note the various more radical proposals of this bill will be lifted after the war is over. |

Message | I changed some details and add some proposals in order to increase the overall ability of our nation to wage the upcoming war, in order to allow our police forces to help serve as a somewhat more effective force while our military is tied up fighting, and to help establish more control over the media. |

Message | Changed the price regulation though due to the fact that I believe it would weakne overall support for this needed bill and I also added a clause which will only allow for natives, or people born to natives, to Zardugal can be citizens due to the state of war which we are currently in and because of this we cannot simply trust those not raised in our nation's society witn the right to determine our nation's future. |
