| Message | Regarding the malpractice suits, it actually saves the state a lot of money as the legal costs fall on the plaintiff/defendant as opposed to the state. Regarding the slander law, people have a right to a good name. |

| Message | Actually no, in terms of malpractice it is best a body who knows what it is doing to carry out the suit. Saving legal time and costs in non-suits. Lawsuits should not be a gain for the prosecution and no man has a right to a good name, they must gain a good name. |
