| During these times of war we must increase our resolve and put aside our personal opinions on matters if we are to win this war over our uncouth and barbaric foes. To do this we must now implement a number of new laws to take effect that will allow our nation to properly wage the war. 1. All politicians must swear allegiance to the Free Federation of Zardugal above their personal beliefs, above their personal well being, and even before the ones that are closest to them. 2. All citizens of the nation shall swear an oath to protect Zardugal from all foreign interests and from all alien designs for the great and just nation of Zardugal. 3. Public officials can charged with treason and/or sedition in the event that they are working against the war effort of Zardugal. 4. To protect Zardugal from foreign invasion it shall be the duty of every free person of Zardugal to protect our great homeland, and if need be give their lives to defend it. 5. Every soldier, militiamen, police officer, and free citizen of Zardugal must prevent foreign intruders from invading the soil of the Free Federation of Zardugal, no matter what it takes. 6. All those who blatantly abandon their duty to defend Zardugal from invasion shall be considered traitors to the Free Federation of Zardugal. 7. The media must reaffirm of the morale of the citizens of Zardugal for the course of the war. 8. Newspapers must be approved by censors for the course of the war effort in order to prevent public morale from deteriorating. 9. An inquisitorial force shall be established in order to maintain the war effort of Zardugal. 10. Every morning at 9:00 A.M. and again at 2:00 P.M. the anthem of Zardugal shall be played, in full, across all public airwaves, in all schools, in every workplace, in every public building and place, across all loudspeakers, on every radio station, and on every television station. 11. The flag of Zardugal shall be flying at full mast at every major workplace and every significant public building, save if otherwise ordered not to or if the weather is bad outside. 12. At every school, once every weak, a Zardugal shall make a half an hour visit to make an inspiring speech in order to increase the morale of students there and to help alleviate any negative thoughts of the war from the students’ minds. |

| Message | 1) Already catered for in the oath of office. 2) 3) This can and, given the past history of some political parties in Zardugal, will be misused. 4) One of the duties of government is to protect the lives of our citizens. If our armies are in such a position that defeat is certain, our duty to our people means that we must surrender to safeguard the lives of our citizens. 5) No matter what it takes? Does this mean using nuclear weapons on our own soil? 6) A.K.A. All foreign nationals! Betray your country or be killed! 7) ? 8) In other words, if we pull a Guernica (completely annihilate a small, defenceless town), we are not to let our people know? Thus breaking our own freedom of press legislation... 9) I won't even ask. 10) ? 11) What's wrong with flying out flag in the rain? 12) Trust me, a half-hour speech will not make a blind bit of difference to a teen's view of anything. You're just wasting the speaker's time. |

| Message | Gosh dang my fast typing habits. 7. Was typing to fast and what is meant that the morale of the people must be supported by the media of the nation. 10. Is just not very clear, by at 9 A.M. and 2 P.M. the Zadugal anthem shall be played across all stations and in every major building. 11. Rain can do damage to a flag. As well, the many clauses of the war are needed in order to keep our nation's war effort. To note I am sorry for the various problems with the proposal. |
