As passed unanimously by the Yellow House of Legislation (1) Whereas the economy of Ikradon can only become more successful as companies expand and hire more workers, Also (2) Whereas by reaping such a high tax rate upon companies can lead to stagnant capital growth and therefore less new jobs, Also (3) Whereas it serves the national interest to have a strong, bustling economy, (R) We Resolve that the Corporate Tax Rate be lowered 2%, from 22% to 20%. |
