This law is completly pointless, as any ESSENTIAL service will have a ready market, and if they face bankruptcy, it will be due to poor buisness practice, nothing more. Essential service's make money, so there is always a market incentive to produce them. There is no reason to spend tax payers money to ensure something that will already happen |
