Message | If we capture an enemy soldier, who raped and murdered civilian women, we should punish him like we would do to our own criminals. Death Penalty is not aproved in international standards and if they are given to their own court, they may never be put to face their crimes. Our laws are good enough for them. |

Message | That is not what a PoW is. A PoW is simply a soldier who surrendered |
Date | 16:59:43, February 20, 2008 CET | From | Loyalistische Partei | To | Debating the Military Reform |
Message | What stops him from being both? And if he is both, which regulations should we follow, our own for murderers and rapists or the international standards for pows? And if we follow our own, the enemy nation can use that against us with the fact that we have broken the international standards we have agreed on. And if we consider them pows, criminals go unpunsihed. Our laws are good enough for our enemies, international treaties and standdards should not weaken us. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
