| There is a need to ensure that every worker has a right to use striking as a means of barganing. However, we CANNOT allow people to loose their lives over pay disputes. Thus critical areas must have to allow a minimum, life saving, service. It is the perfect compromise, the power of the strike as a barganing tool is preserved, while society is protected, and lives are saved. |
