Bill: Revised Left-Liberal Unity Cabinet

Details

Submitted by[?]: Communist Party of Beluzia and Bailon

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2536

Description[?]:

The ideologies of classic liberalism and socialism are at risk if the liberal and leftist parties of our nation do not unite. Regardless of our differences, we can agree that democracy is what the people want. We feel that this cabinet proposal is extremely just, because the two branches of the coalition have almost-equal representation. We gave the Liberals control over most of the political ministries, and some economic, but the socialists will retain most control over the economy. However, the Liberals have control over the economic ministries that may be directed under free market principles without much criticism from the socialists. The Liberals will also have control over the finance ministry.
