| "The current level of aid is all very noble, but it is done at the expense of Beiteynuese citizens, and in fact encourages dependance on Beiteynu for aid, particularly in Squibble. We should not pretend the high and indiscriminate aid we currently offer is to the benefit of people, and so we propose its restriction back to those on the continent of Squibble who will use it to progress and improve their own lives, as it was at its reintroduction at the beginning of the century." -Avraham Sharet (OOC: http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=158349 ) Article 1: The Beiteynuese government shall cease funding of all foreign aid programs outside of Squibble.
