MessageJust some ideas, to spend some but not all of our current surplus.
Of course, we know that the DFM will want to spend less, and the Leftist Coalition will want to spend more. Let's try to work out a compromise please?

(OOC: Thank you KPF for showing me how to create a budget proposal :)
Also, I increased some ministries' funding much more than others', while decreasing that of a few. This is because I found some statistics on the web about the budget allocations of the governments of some real-world countries, so I tried to angle my proposal to bring us somewhat closer to them. For example, they spend much more on Finance and on Health and Social Services than Kirlawa currently does, and much less on Internal Affairs and on Justice.)

MessageWe are delighted with the proposed big increase in health spending. However, we are not happy with the increases to Finance and Defence, which could be better spent elsewhere. We are also not pleased with the reductions to Foreign Affairs and Justice.

MessageThis seems like a good compromise. We would spent more; but that arrangement seems good

MessageIf it makes things more 'realistic', and gives a boost to Health & Social Services, we will support this Bill.

MessageWe do not support a budget rise of 9 % ! The state already has a GDP share of 20 %. We do agree to allocate more to Finance, Defence and Science. The DFM is disappointed about the rise of the Health, Environment and Agriculture budgets and the Justice and Foreign Affairs budget cuts. So, we are not enthusiastic about this proposal.

However, to compromise we are willing vote in favour if in return our Tax Plan ( http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/viewbill.php?billid=177290 ) will encounter sufficient support to pass as well.

Do we have a deal ?

MessageGiven that this will still result in a budget surplus, and that inflation is a factor, we disagree with the DFM's objections. We will consider the tax cuts separately. Fixating on the proportion of GDP is not the only way to set a budget
