MessageThere is naturally a binge drinking attitude associated with turning adult. New 18 year olds drink far too much irresponsibly, simply because it's new to them. If we remove this barrier, there will no longer be such a reason for them to drink. They will have grown up with drinking responsibly, and it will carry on into their adult years.

If we no longer have the age restriction, there is no reason to regulate the sale.
