Allowing a regulated environment for the further of research and development. This does not violate any animal rights.

The following is a list of regulations that would restrict any violation of animals.

1. Testing may not be done if existing reliable testing on animals of natural or synthetic ingredients, compounds and substances has already been done

2. Companies must first attempt testing on human volunteers/clinical trials. Animal testing may only be conducted thereafter if insufficient evidence of safety is obtained.
