MessageWhen is invading a persons privacy going to be useful in war? Never.

The current laws are only useful in case of general strikes/rioting/etc. in which case the government still shouldn't be invading it's peoples privacy.

MessagePotentially they email it, but we don't sensor the internet. Nor do we tap phones.

Also surely if a invasion was plotted the spies would retrieve information BEFORE they invaded us, thus BEFORE a state of emergency was declared, thus rendering the whole system void.
