Message | the recent vote of no confidence resolution shows there is overwhelming support for new election hopefully the people have seen through the fascists by now and will lynch them rather than vote for them |

Message | Ok, for one, you don't know what a no confidence vote is. You have a vote of no confidence for a government, not a party. When the vote was held, there was no majority government formed. In addition, since there is a government being formed, there is no need for an election. New elections are only held in the rarest of cases. |

Message | We wouldnt mind new elections - as we are certain our seat share wouldnt fall (if anything increase). But as JUP said, new elections arent called for on the basis of a party gaining legal representation in the legislature, but in lack of confidence in the government. And as a government (sadly not one we think can last long) are being established, is this unecessary. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
