Message | The short of it is: if our intelligence agency discovers the location of a terrorist with plans to harm Aloria, current law purports to restrict the President from ordering our intelligence agencies to kill him, even if necessary to protect Aloria from his terror strike. This bill frees the intelligence agency to act in accordance with what is clearly its Constitutional duty under the circumstances. |
