Bill: Youth Voting Rights Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: House Villayn (AI)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: February 2541

Description[?]:

We think that it is necessary to involve the Youth in the participation of the country. There is no Youth Apathy, and our movement enjoys a broad support from Youth from all social segments. We are a grassroot movement, and one of our dearest reforms have been to lower the age from when a young person could vote.

~ LYA leader Fredérick Varanzý

Random fact: The majority of nations in Particracy are "Culturally Protected" with an established cultural background. Only the "Culturally Open" nations are not bound by the rules surrounding culture. The Cultural Protocols Index should be consulted for more information about the cultural situation of each nation.
