MessageExactly, outlaws will ALWAYS have guns. At least if guns are legal the good citizens of Dorvik arent defenceless and at their mercy. No matter what you think, this bill will not reduce criminals from accessing guns it will just prevent the innocent, law abiding citizens from getting them to defend themselves and their homes.

MessageHold up I thought we were forbidden from mentioning 'real world' countries? Oh well. I think that is a cultural thing, look at Canada a nation with millions of guns, poss even more than the USA and they have way less gun crime. And look at the Yakuza in Japan - they still have problems with criminals.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
