MessageWe believe the Ministry of Internal Affairs should weigh in on this, but as it is written WHIP supports the idea that the police have the right to make the decision if a group places the public at risk. We would like, however, more information on who exactly would call the state of emergency in the proposed change.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "In all recorded history there has not been one economist who has had to worry about where the next meal would come from." - Peter Drucker
