The DSU beleves that Dorviks electrical infrastructure is in need of rivew.
Article 2 seeks to aid the running of our nations national grid, due to the nature of electrical infrastructure it would be more safe, efficiant and cost effective if the grid is run bye a single organisation.
Article 1 aims to control the prices companies chardge consumers for their elecricity. As electricity as a product does not fit easyly into a free market the DSU recomends that prices be scrutinised by govornment departments.
