Message | The bill description doesnt match the proposal. According to the law, this is either the domain of the federal government, or the state governments. |

Message | still supported, of course. But can't we name the parks after Damien Vrylar? ;) |

Message | GA...This is how the game sees you as less than extreme on federalism... |

Message | (i know. i'm happy being "less than extreme" on federalism, just don't want to be read as "unitarist" after proposing so many decentralization bills. I think it's the result of the bug reported in the news forum.) |
Date | 03:52:38, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Tuesday Is Coming | To | Debating the Effective Ecological Policy |
Message | Probably... Personally, I dont mind being "extremist"... "Extremism in the defense of liberty is no vice. Moderation in the pursuit of justice is no virtue." – Barry Goldwater (1964) Many do. I assumed GA wanted to be seen as "convinced" or more... |

Message | "The bill description doesnt match the proposal. According to the law, this is either the domain of the federal government, or the state governments." How so? The federal government will fund and maintain national parks, but states may fund and maintain state parks. |
Date | 04:24:19, September 12, 2005 CET | From | Tuesday Is Coming | To | Debating the Effective Ecological Policy |
Message | The proposal doesnt make any provisions for states. It's an either-or situation. |
Date | 22:23:34, September 12, 2005 CET | From | CNT/AFL | To | Debating the Effective Ecological Policy |
Message | The proposal does not make state parks illegal, and the bill description specifically mentions that state parks will still be legal. There are no contradictions, so I don't see the problem. |
