| This accord stands to set out the detail of the Vanuku State Services Vanuku’s medium average income is 79,029VAN per year. on average 2,280,000 Vanuk’s finish secondary schooling leading into National Service. They shall spend 1 Year basic Training on weeks based around 4 days on 3 days off (the off days will be spent on academia or leave). They will be payed 5,000VAN per year. Meaning per year 11,404,000,000VAN will be spent on 1st year National Service pay. After there 1 year basic National Service personal will have the following opinions: ARMY 4 year service with a 25% lower then average wage NAVY 6 year service with a 18% lower then average wage AIRFORCE 5 year service with a 20% lower then average wage MARINES 8 year service with a 15% lower then average wage INDUSTRIAL 4 years service with 40% lower wage (5 day week) GOVERNMENT/CIVIC 4 years with 40% lower wage (5 day week) HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL 8 years (3 spent training 27,000VAN) with 20% below medium pay EDUCATION/SCIENCE 6 years (2 spent training 27,000VAN) with 20% below medium pay The longest someone will be in National Service is til there 25 (Marines, Healthcare) unless they defer, which can only be for 1 year, at any stage before or during your National Service. 11,404,000,000VAN a year will be spent on 1st year National Service personal. 41,350,000,000 yearly on Military Service personal from National Service. Meaning out of the Defence Budget of 404,000,000,000VAN, 41,350,000,000VAN will be spent on National Service pay. This along with the 116,000,000,000VAN increase from the Zardugali Government leaves defence with 478.65 Billlion VAN spending budget (figures do not include full time defence staff pay, nor other services pay). |
