| Political Commissars will hereby be appointed and deployed at every level of the armed forces in order to root out all and any supporters of the Zambrano Junta. The ban on the death penalty will be temporarily removed so that these nefarious reactionaries can be swiftly disposed of once they have spilled their secrets. |
