| This bill calls for the formation of a pro-monarchy militia in every province, which will be on guard and ready for action should the communists declare civil war when/if the monarchy is reinstated. Each province shall be required to hire ordinary people who express interest in reinstating the monarchy. Each militia will be commanded by a non-military official within the militia, selected by the Minister for Defence. The individual powers of each militia shall be decided by the local governments, as will planning permission for defence buildings, training camps, weapons caches and military bases/stations. The militias shall act as a Territorial Army and Regional Defence Squad/Home Guard. They will act in this capacity until an act of aggression. |

| Message | Do you really wish to bring terror and fear to the people? No one wants a war, this is just a political matter. The people of Hutori are better off leaving the things as they are now. The king is gone, and with it the monarchy. Times change, and some parties still have to face the future. We are against this resolution because we think war is not under any circumstances a good way of solving things. A militia would mean violence and death, and we, as sane beings, can not tolerate such acts. |

And probably militias from the pro-militarist parties. And looking at the number of supporters of the communists I dare to say: They woul not have any chance. But still: Communists! Please calm down! When you managed to legally disposess the king with the legitimacy of the support of our people none declared a civil war. Now if we manage to re-install the monarchy with the legitimacy of the support of our people be mature enough to accept the decision of our people. Civil wars nave never done any good, we still remember the disastrous Hutori civil war. Who suffers most from a civil war is our people. Please, communists, respect our people, as you claim to be a party of the people, prevent unnecessary bloodshed, let peace be your aim... |
