Message | Here is the new cabinet proposal. I reviewed the voting records of the last term, and chose positions for people in the areas that i agreed with them. our three newest parties did not propose as many bills as the older five (understandably) and i had to judge by voting record alone. as you can see, the tourism party is the only one without a seat, because there were no major agreements between us that another member was not better qualified for. if you would like a description of why i chose who i did, please feel free to ask. |

Message | yea, your vote on the nuclear disarmament act disqualified for that position, but you got science and technology because you proposed the "Legalization of peer-to-peer sharing of technology and art", so you were the best choice for that. |

Message | the LWP proposed the "Health and Welfare" act, giving them the health and social services position, and also proposed the "Rehabilitation of Prisoners", making them a natural choice for Justice. |

Message | the LP was the one who proposed the "nuclear disarmament act", making them a strong choice for Defense, and they also had a voting record that was very consistent with mine as far as internal affairs, winning them that position. |

Message | I particularly liked the NDLP's "Education act" and their votes in the "education accountability act" and the "independance of schools act" were duly noted, winning them the Education ministry |

Message | I'd like to voice my cornern about the position chosen. In order to better achieve my political agenda I'd like to request the Economic Affairs position, although I don't have any proposals to back it up. |

Message | I'm afraid that as far as economy went, there really weren't any proposals of any kind. I'm sure that Seosavists will be perfectly capable in that position. |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr |
