MessageWe believe in an open market place. Tobacco is a major Industry and cutting its sales will hurt Vanuku Farmers. Having it legal doesnt incourage its usage and making it illegal will add extra problems with cost to business and time to law enforcement. All secondary school graduates must serve a term in military service, smoking during basic training would just complicate matters.

MessageWe see where your coming from and you make good points, but its not adults or money that we're worried about, its the children that could be harming there bodies and ultimately costing the Government money in health care costs.
