MessageThe proposal is flawed. The government at this point cannot decided what is published on the internet, nor will it ever be able to as the internet is a decentralized, multi-national network.

I also belive having no stance on what people may view is dangerous as highly immoral practices such as child abuse must be prevented, blocking the internet as an outlet is important.

Therefore I suggest the proposal is changed to...

The government has no position on who may use the internet. The government will investigate HIGHLY questionable uses of the internet in order to prevent these crimes. Where these crimes are committed in different nations the government will pass on it's finding to the appropriate office.

MessageOOC: Well he can't in-game change the proposal to that since they're a fixed set of choices.

IC: The FLC might be onto something here. If only we can work it right...

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.
