Every city in our nation is made up of a different background of people. Some poor areas may need fully subsidized transportation, where as some more affluent ones may not. Some areas, may not even need public transportation at all. By allowed the local government to decide, we can dedicated important federal government recourses to other areas in bad need of funding. |
