| As the Junta has promised that it does not currently seek violence (and the Communist allies may have across the borders are ready to provided defences should they be needed) we propose to move to the second phase of our defense bill. We will propose to move the emergency defense funding into the fields of education and culture, so that future generations of voters may be more well-informed on the issues and ideologies of Gaduridos. We feel that better education will allow equality to come to our nation in a more complete and true way. It will also allow future generations to further an understanding with the cultures and people of Vintalli. |
