| The Beluzian government should hold a week where the budding film makers of Beluzia show their talents of film making and present it to the people of the capitol city at a large venue. The govnment should fund the venue and televise it on national television. The film makers are self. There will be catagories for different types of film (comedy, documentary, etc) and each catagory winner gets a trophy and an overall winner will be voted for by the viewing public. If there is one thing the people like it is entertainment. |
