Message | Curfews? That is an intolerable invasion into the liberties of Rutanians and will not be tolerated by the current coalition in power. |

Message | We in FDD mean that curfews have to tollerated if a state of emergency is declared, when the whole state and society are in danger. But, we can remove this proposal out of this bill. For us, it is more important not to allow extradition of _any_ citizen of this state, because this state can, should and must have independent justice system capable of making judgements to our own citizens. |

Message | Although I do see the merits of your proposal, and the curfew removal has pleased me - I have to say, however, that although I have the greatest respect and faith in our own justice system, I don't believe I can justify voting yes due to the fact that the bill as proposed ignores the cultural differences between cultures. Furthermore, the ULR believes that the current stipulation on extradition of convicts is enough at the moment. |

Message | Well, for example our legal system may be far too lenient in punishing the crime in comparison to where the crime were committed; although the punishment would be legally and culturally acceptable to Rutanians - it may not satisfy the needs for justice overseas. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
