Having had the Likaton people endorse our policies with a resounding vote of confidence, we propose the following: That the name of the nation be changed to "The AM/PFL Likaton 5 States Confederation" That all PCA members be excluded from all Convocation and Government property on security grounds, and arrangements for their representatives to cast convocation votes by proxy. That all PFL parties submit to extensive independent audit to establish the existence or otherwise of links to terrorist groups or activities. That any PFL parties found to have such links be impeached and removed from Convocation pending charges. That the PCA renounce violence, support of violence, and give up any details they have of terror cells working in Likatonia or abroad. That the illegitimate and unlawful "Likatonian Confederal Government in Exile" be disbanded and return to Likatonia to face the same scrutiny and consequences as the PFL. That the other provisions of this Bill, detailed below, be enacted. |

Message | We notice, for all their protestations, the PCA refuse a goodfaith atempt to change the nation's name. Even when the LNF offer the PCA what they have CLAIMED they want, they are shown to be less-than-truthful. |

Message | That the name of the nation be changed to "The AM/PFL Likaton 5 States Confederation" - OK That all PCA members be excluded from all Convocation and Government property on security grounds, and arrangements for their representatives to cast convocation votes by proxy. - NO That all PFL parties submit to extensive independent audit to establish the existence or otherwise of links to terrorist groups or activities. - It doesn't exist That any PFL parties found to have such links be impeached and removed from Convocation pending charges. - Links doesn't exist That the PCA renounce violence, support of violence, and give up any details they have of terror cells working in Likatonia or abroad. OK That the illegitimate and unlawful "Likatonian Confederal Government in Exile" be disbanded and return to Likatonia to face the same scrutiny and consequences as the PFL. NO OR AMNESTY OR WAR! (The name is quite good) |

Message | First: What is wrong with the PCA being physically excluded from Convocation until the issue is resolved? The PCA seems to feel that they can be fully recognised as a democratic party AND act as a militant organisation. We think they should choose. As such, it doesn't seem unreasonable to allow PCA members only remote access (proxy voting IS voting, it's just not votes cast in the physical Convocation). At least until they have chosen whether to be democrats or despots. Second: if there are no links to terror groups (which we KNOW there are - the PFL recognise the PCA, who ARE a terror group), then the PCA should have no objection to scrutiny. Why would you object to an independent body looking for evidence, if no crime was committed? Third: The PCA currently CLAIMS to be two separate organisations - a militant terrorist organisation, and an (allegedly) otherwise peaceful domestic wing. We want to see evidence that those claiming to be a "government in Exile" are actually that - not terrorists hiding out in Keymon. That doesn't seem unreasonable. The PCA have rejected the one issue they claim is their central objective, for reasons that add up to nothing more than NOT wanting to have to face the consequences of their own actions. We have no respect for it - we consider it dishonest. We consider the PCA to be cowards for refusing to accept judgement. |

Random fact: Moderation reserves the discretion to declare RP laws invalid if the players supporting them are doing so in an excessively confrontational way. |
