The most popular sport in Rutania is not ice hockey (temperatures do not support it) but I believe Rugby, though Full Contact Chess is also popular. |

Doing so would increase the Gross National Laughs (GNL) by enough laughs so that we would be second only to the Grand Duchy of Keymon.
