| This bill aims to let the government enforce moderate pollution restrictions in order to maintain the ecological balance and to preserve the environment so that it can still be available for future consumption. At the same time, we aim to make sure that the government's role in environment protection does not go beyond the limits and must take into account an individual's right to liberty. |
