Message | "Violation of this statute constitutes a Class F felony." I'd remove that as these "classes" are not a universal standard, nor have we determined any "classes". "or a waiver of this law by an act of congress" I'd also remove that, I feel that permits from the Rutanian Environmental Protection Agency are more than sufficient. Also, I still have concerns on the first article, but I will support this bill now. |

Message | "How is subsidising low-income farming families, which will inevitably boost our agricultural sector, collectivisation?" What It wont boost our economy, it will just keep tiny, inefficient farms in business when they couldnt survive otherwise. All that this kind of subsidy does is charge the majority of the country to keep a minority employed in jobs that shouldnt actually exist. We dont WANT farms that cant stand on their own two feet in Rutania. |

Message | Now you're really looking at things in black and white, subsidies are gray. Subsidisation means that the government invests in small, but promising companies that wouldn't be able to compete right away and make major investments. |

Message | SDP, I think that it is safe to assume that we've built up a class system for felonies by now... |

Message | "Now you're really looking at things in black and white, subsidies are gray. Subsidisation means that the government invests in small, but promising companies that wouldn't be able to compete right away and make major investments." This can be done equally well via bank loans. Companies that cna stand on their own two feet dont NEED subsidies and those that cant shouldnt be in business. |

Message | Small businesses dont need subsidises to exist  I want people to be able to spend their OWN money that THEY EARNED on THEMSELVES and not have it taken by the government to give to other people. |
