| We have brought forth this bill because we feel the current number of proposals allotted is simply not adequate. We feel a higher number will do our country better by not putting such restrictive limitations on the amount of ideas and legislation any party may wish to bring forth. |

As stated by the F.R.L., the amount that can be accumulated is somewhat steep and could promote frivolous and unnecessary legislation.
