Message | The Communist Party would like to give an opportunity for the radical efficiency-obsessed citizens a chance to voice themselves in the next election with these new views. And a few of these could be handy in the event of impending war... |

Message | OOC: The military acts as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest. This reduces the number of armed individuals at our control. The Rildanor Accords set the number of soldiers we have. With civilian police we have the civilian police + whatever number the Rildanor Accords give us. Without civilian police we have the number the Rildanor Accords gives us with a portion being used as police. The govt. has more force at its command with a civilian police force in place. |
