In the spirit of Federalism, and removing the bulk of small matters from the national - overburdened Rutanian Federal Police Service, the LPR proposes that we delegate some of the smaller matters to a lower, local (in the instance that I propose, state) police forces. |

Message | We have 5 provinces and each with a large population - with which comes large tax bases. I think we can afford to permit delegation of lesser crime prevention/law enforcement to the provinces, removing some of the burden from an already overburdened police service. |
