Bill: Anarch Anakrousite Reform Bill - National Security
Details
Submitted by[?]: Commonwealth Workers Army
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2111
Description[?]:
In the interests of freedom, national security, and greatest number of options, the Anarch Anakrousite Party recommends that the Likatonian government look at our chemical weapon policy, with a view to revision. Let us state - the AAP does not WANT to use chemical weapons, and does not ENDORSE use of chemical weapons. In fact, the AAP fervently hopes that Likatonia NEVER uses chemical weapons. However, at the moment we MAY use chemical weapons, but only if some other nation strikes first - by which time, of course, it is too late to do anything CONSTRUCTIVE. The AAP believes our chemical weapons will be more of a deterrent, IF we allow ourselves a "First Strike" option. Not that we ever WANT to use it.... just so it is there. |

Message | We feel that we should not give ourselves the option of first strike, as this will put us into disrepute amongst the inetrnational community. Its far better to retain the right to retaliate, rather than place ourselves on the militarist extreme. |
