MessageWhat part of this bill affirming our peaceful status is objectionable to the Republican and Rightful Radical parties? It looks like the government of Likatonia is fast on the way to ratifying this pact. Do we wish to be left behind?

MessageAs you said before, we mustn't have any country dictating us how to rule our country. And we didn't see that accepted our ANTI-LIKATONIAN defense treaty. So, our right-block doesn't have to vote in favor of your bill.

MessagePlease note that this pact does not allow any other nation to dictate to Telamon how Telamon should run itself. Yet, the RRP had no problem allowing outside forces make such a declaration when it desired the Child Labor Treaty.

This pact simply puts into writing what our two nations already agree. We agree to not attack each other. Surely we can all agree that such an agreement is beneficial. Affirming our friendship and non-aggression should be a joyous day.

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others.

Random quote: "We are told that this is an odious and unpopular tax. I never knew a tax that was not odious and unpopular with the people who paid it." - John Sherman
