Description[?]:
This bill requires in times of war, citizens who have finished school, may be called into service. This will be used only in extreme situations and will never be invoked during peacetime. Citizens called into service can be placed into a combat unit, or a non-combat unit. Those placed in combat units either volunteer for combat or if the situation is extreme such as the collapse of our forces. 2) The benefits they will receive include monetary bonuses, free higher education, loans for homes, cars, advanced training in computer technology etc.. The government will ensure the well being of these soldiers once they have completed their miltary service. |

Old value:: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.
