Bill: Parental Testing Part II
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Zeus Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2551
Description[?]:
The NZP introduced similar legislation before requesting that there be no testing for parenthood, but taking into consideration opinions voiced to me i have reintroduced the legislation that may satisfy all parties. There is a test, but the current value states that if the parent was to not take said test the child would be taken away, we feel this is a bit extreme... we believe that allowing them to keep the children while being closely watched is just as fair and reasonable. |

Message | As a supporter of religious rights we feel this change would be an advancement but does not go far enough. We are in the works of drafting a bill on this very issue that would completely abolish the Parenthood Testing Program. Please, if you care for the beliefs and ideals of our citizens consider our bill as a means of solving this issue once and for all. |

Message | From the Department of Education and Social Services, Dossier on Behalf of the F.R.P; It is regrettable that the Federal Republican Party finds itself in this position of deciding the fate of this vote. However, the F.R.P's senior party members have decided based solely off of our parties platform and ultimately what has put us in this position to vote against this measure. Our friends from the A.N.F. also played a large factor in our decision. We will support their proposal one-hundred percent. The F.P.R. is against regulations and against restricting our citizens rights to self-determination. It is not the governments job to be the parents of our citizens, it is to be the stewards of the citizens tax dollars. Signed, Deputy Director of Education and Social Services, Julitta Gwenaëlle |
