Malivians have a right to security and stability. The changes made by the communists will only bring instability and inefficiently All people have a right to basic freedoms, but these freedoms should never threaten security or stability of the Malivian people or nation. Message | We oppose this bill. Torture is a violation of basic human rights, and allowing police to have lethal weapons is a license for them to go on a killing spree. I quote Benjamin Franklin: "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." |

Message | OOC: One of my faverite quotes. IC: Equiping our police with weapons Malivians can acquire themselves is not a license to go on a killing spree. Our police are the enforcers of law and they should have the tools needed to properly enforce it. The people whom would be tortured would already be people who have already violated human rights countless times. |
