Voting deadline: March 2111

Description[?]:

Due to the government does not subsidize higher education, low income families have no opportunities to send their sons and daughters to universties and colleges. For that reason, we propose to loan people who have no money to pay their studies. As the money will be back in a mid term future, government money will not declined.

MessageWe would have liked the 'The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor' option but this gets us closer to that. The PLC will revisit this topic in the future.
